Sometimes changing market is more delicate to deal with people.

As the growth and development of LCC(Low-cost carriers), it seems to be hard for full-service flights like SIA to keep their customers (Hofer, Windle, & Dresner, 2008). Though people know that the services of SIA are excellent, people who are sensitive to price such as students give up the service and choose low-cost carriers.
